Looks like you are having a blast Carly! It's so true that McDonalds tastes so good when you are out of the country...
I am jealous of all of your neat experiences. My brother served in Tuxtla Gutierrez and I was able to go down and pick him up. He took us to a lot of the places you mentioned like the ruins and San Critobal... such a beautiful place.
